The Wiltshire Children’s Centre contract for supporting families with children 0-5 years is coming to an end on March 31st 2024. The new Family Hub service will then commence on April 1st and will support children, young people and families from 0-19 years (up to 25 years for SEND)which is wholeheartedly what The RISE advocates. The Family Hubs contract will be held by Spurgeons who already work within Wiltshire, and they also put children and families at the heart of all they do.
Whilst The RISE Trust will not be leading on Family Hubs, we will still continue to provide services including our Youth Services, preschool, Mentor Me programme and Parent Support advisory service in primary schools, and Contact Centre.
