The Wiltshire Children’s Centre contract for supporting families with children 0-5 years is coming to an end on March 31st 2024. The new Family Hub service will then commence on April 1st and will support children, young people and families from 0-19 years (up to 25 years for SEND)which is wholeheartedly what The RISE advocates.…
